Rückgaberecht
Ihre Zufriedenheit ist uns wichtig. Sie haben das Recht, Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzugeben.
Um Ihr Rückgaberecht auszuüben, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte vor der Rücksendung per E-Mail an contact@peptivia.ch. Wir senden Ihnen anschließend alle Informationen zur Rücksendung zu.
Bedingungen für die Rückgabe
Damit eine Rückgabe akzeptiert werden kann, müssen folgende Bedingungen erfüllt sein:
Die Ware befindet sich im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung
Die Ware ist unbenutzt und unbeschädigt
Versiegelte Produkte (z. B. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel oder Produkte mit Hygieneversiegelung) wurden nicht geöffnet – aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Hygiene können geöffnete oder entsiegelte Produkte nicht zurückgenommen werden
Der Rücksendung liegt der Bestellnachweis (Bestellnummer oder Rechnung) bei
Ablauf der Rücksendung
Kontaktieren Sie uns innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware unter contact@peptivia.ch
Sie erhalten von uns eine Bestätigung sowie die Rücksendeadresse
Senden Sie die Ware sicher verpackt an die angegebene Adresse zurück
Nach Eingang und Prüfung der Ware erhalten Sie Ihre Rückerstattung
Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Kunde, sofern die Ware nicht fehlerhaft oder falsch geliefert wurde.
Rückerstattung
Nach Eingang und Prüfung der zurückgesandten Ware erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufbetrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf das ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmittel. Ursprüngliche Versandkosten werden nur bei fehlerhaften oder falsch gelieferten Produkten erstattet.
Beschädigte oder falsche Lieferung
Sollte Ihre Bestellung beschädigt ankommen oder haben Sie einen falschen Artikel erhalten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt per E-Mail an contact@peptivia.ch mit Fotos des Produkts und der Verpackung. In diesem Fall übernehmen wir selbstverständlich sämtliche Kosten und senden Ihnen kostenlos einen Ersatz oder erstatten den vollen Kaufpreis.
Nicht zustellbare Sendungen
Wird eine Sendung aufgrund einer falschen Adressangabe oder Nichtabholung an uns zurückgesandt, können erneute Versandkosten anfallen.

Right of Return
Your satisfaction matters to us. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of return, please contact us by email at contact@peptivia.ch before sending anything back. We will then provide you with all return instructions.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The item is in its original condition and original packaging
The item is unused and undamaged
Sealed products (e.g., dietary supplements or products with hygiene seals) have not been opened – for health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is included with the return
Return Process
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@peptivia.ch
You will receive a confirmation and the return address from us
Send the item back securely packaged to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are only refunded for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email at contact@peptivia.ch with photos of the product and packaging. In this case, we will of course cover all costs and send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs may apply.
